HOW TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS

 EXCELLENCE के पीछे भागो            

Before introducing my idea on excellence, I would like to ask you one simple question.

What do you want from life the most?

There are infinite answers possible: a big house, a new car, a successful business, more money, good health, perfect relationship, more recognition, basically SUCCESS. You want it; I want it; I'm pretty sure each and every person on this planet wants to achieve success in one form or other. This desire to achieve success is good. It pushes us to cross our boundaries and step out of our comfort zones. If you want to achieve success, you have taken the first step precisely just by having that innate desire. 

The next step is where the majority of people make mistakes. We want to achieve success so badly that at a point of time, it becomes our only major priority. We begin finding the best suitable ways that will lead us to success in the least period of time. We start forgetting one crucial term namely 'patience'. It is very important that we remain stoic while working hard. Success is a short term pleasure, the time period varying for different people according to their different life experiences. The joy of it is not eternal. It fades away with time. Imagine a situation. You Are in class 12. You want to top the entrance examination of your favourite college so that you can get admission in that. Here, 'scoring good' is the success you want. Now, say, you top the examination and graduate from that college. Next, you want to have your own successful business. Scoring good in examinations no longer remains an important goal. But, you do not cease to relish the knowledge you gained while studying for that examination. That knowledge helps you to safeguard yourself from the losses in your business. This is EXCELLENCE. 

According to the dictionary meaning, Excellence is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good at something. Excellence is the quality which makes your mind sharp and creative. It is the quality which transforms you into a unique talented person whom success involuntarily follows.

As rightly said in the movie, 3 idiots by the lead role, Rancho, "काबिल बनो, कामयाबी झक मारके पीछे आएगी।।"

Never run behind success, for it is a by-product of excellence which comes to us inevitably. Never study for success, study for self-efficiency. In today's world, with old beliefs fading away and new ideas coming up, self-efficiency and creativity is gaining more importance than money, though at a steady pace. 

Don't talk about people, don't talk about things. Learn to talk about ideas.
